Happy Blogday To Me (Almost)

Like I said yesterday, this has been a slow news week. No one's managed to fuck up majorly -- except the guy who wrapped his own face in duct tape and tried to rob a convenience store, but got laughed at instead. Awesome. Only in America.

Oh! Yeah! My birthday is tomorrow... woo hoo! The big double-deuce. I'm way excited, but really, really scared I'm going to get too drunk and snap an ankle, or worse, fall down in front of 100 people. Oh, wait. I've already done that -- twice. I'm going to be partying pretty much the entire weekend, which isn't far from the norm, except this weekend, I can yell "It's ma freakin' birthday!!!" to passers-by.

I don't know how many of you watch My Boys on TBS -- probably not a lot of you, seeing as I seem to have a mostly male readership. However, it is practically the perfect show. It's about a female sports writer, so it's full of all sorts of sports analogies, and chick analogies, and sports-chick analogies (too far?). There's just something so laid back and cool about the show, and it's incredibly hilarious. Oh, and it has Jim Gaffigan ("Hooottttt Pocketsss") in it, so you know it's good. You should watch it.

This whole "not having a really tight friend base" thing is really weird.

I had two articles to post, and I really don't feel like talking about them anymore, but they were cool to me this morning, so maybe you'll find them cool too. And I'm sure you really want to keep reading, seeing as that transition was just soooo enthralling. Anyhoo, here's an article about these crazy ass squirrels that know how to scare away rattlesnakes, and also how they attack them too. Squirrels are neat.

And here's an article following the grown-up kids of 90's album covers. Now with missing baby genetalia!!!

Here's an interview with Seth Rogan on Letterman, with the most classic line -- "You do not hug cops! And I thought to myself, 'what a sad rule'."
